Integrating New DOJ Guidance into Compliance Operations

Integrating New DOJ Guidance into Compliance Operations

The discussion was led by a multidisciplinary panel of lawyers from Perkins Coie's White Collar & Investigations, Privacy & Security, Labor & Employment, and Corporate & Securities practices. The agenda included an overview of the DOJ's new guidance and updates on recent enforcement actions. It also included a detailed discussion of revised guidance for effective corporate compliance programs, such as offline messaging and personal device policies and compliance-focused compensation practices.

This event offered practical strategies and consider implications for a variety of relevant functions—including compliance, human resources, employee benefits, data security, and privacy—to assist in-house counsel and compliance professionals seeking to align existing policies with these new DOJ expectations.
