Partner Gary Eisenberg served on a panel titled "Bing Bang Boom: Brushing Up on Bankruptcy” at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) 2022 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum. The panel focused on hot-button bankruptcy topics such as Subchapter V issues; tax sale certificates; cryptocurrency as estate property; and automatic stay issues, including turnover of estate property held by a third party.
