Zeeve represents emerging companies and venture capitalists in equity and debt financings and general corporate counseling.
Zeeve Rose also has experience working on venture fund formations, merger and acquisition transactions and in investigations into potential securities fraud. He has been an active member of the Blockchain practice, helping review client publications, potential federal and state legislation, and regulatory research.
A Bay Area native, Zeeve has a deep-rooted interest in technology—specifically artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. While earning his J.D. and LL.M in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, Zeeve conducted research on the legal and moral issues related to general AI and bioethics, interned at a machine learning technology startup and co-authored an article published in the Duke Law & Technology Review on the impact of AI on the legal industry. At Duke, he also volunteered as a student attorney at the law school's Startup Ventures Clinic, served as a content editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and guest lectured graduate students at the Duke Fuqua School of Business on regulations around blockchain technology.
Zeeve maintains an active pro bono practice, including volunteering at a clinic, where he assisted victims of the devastating 2018 fires in Northern California with legal questions and insurance issues.
