Dr. Yingli Wang has represented clients at various stages in matters covering a wide range of technologies. Yingli’s practice includes procurement and management of global patent portfolios; strategic counseling on due diligence, patentability, and freedom to operate; inter partes review proceedings; and support in patent litigation. Yingli’s clients include startups, public and private research institutions, and large public companies. Representative technologies include biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, polymer and materials, and medical devices. She has extensive experience with small molecule, nucleic acid, and antibody therapeutics; genetic diagnostics; nucleic acid sequencing and detection; chemical processes; polymers; and nanotechnology. Yingli was trained as a bio-organic/polymer chemist. Her doctoral research focused on the synthesis of modified DNA and the investigation of the modification in DNA’s biological functions.
