Raul Beke represents publicly traded and privately held companies, assisting them with corporate governance, strategic transactions, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, and various legal and business issues emerging from day-to-day operations.
He is frequently involved in matters where intellectual property or technology is the key value driver and predominantly in the industries of technology, business services, and those that involve substantial regulatory oversight.
Serving as the primary associate for multiple clients, Raul provides legal and business advice to members of senior management and the board of directors for various public and private companies. He has developed significant experience drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including purchase agreements (asset, stock, and merger), letters of intent and term sheets, agreements related to intellectual property (licensing, consulting, confidentiality, and assignment), noncompetition agreements, investment agreements, and equipment lease agreements.
