Paul Navarro represents emerging companies in both the United States and Latin America on day-to-day business counseling at every stage of the startup lifecycle, from incorporating new startup companies to advising in connection with financings, and fielding emergency “first calls” from founders to guiding companies through exits. Paul’s clients include founders, directors, and investors who rely on him to help strategize on and execute high-value transactions.
A trusted advisor to companies in a variety of industries, he focuses primarily on fintech, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and entertainment matters. His extensive experience includes equity and debt financings, general corporate governance, exit events, restructurings, and recapitalizations. Paul is motivated by the opportunity to help founders turn their dreams into reality.
Paul is a native Spanish speaker whose cultural roots and experience in Latin America have led to a life-long passion for the region. He maintains an active pro bono practice and has helped establish and counsel nonprofits, including organizations focused on addressing sexual harassment and creating allies in Silicon Valley, combating hate crimes, and counseling at-risk youth. Paul also coaches a high school wrestling team, helping young men and women achieve their athletic goals. He lives with his family in Los Angeles and is a dedicated father and husband.
