Lynnyetta O. Keller
Lynnyetta O. Keller counsels entrepreneurs, startups, and multinational companies on the structuring, drafting, and negotiating of domestic and international business transactions.
She is particularly well-versed in providing strategic legal and business advice to clients on corporate and transactional matters, including technology, privacy law, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), entity formation, and corporate governance.
Lynnyetta has experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including technology, outsourcing, M&A, e-commerce, asset sale, intellectual property, cloud services, and licensing agreements. She also advises clients on privacy law matters, including online terms of use, data privacy policies, end-user license agreements, and compliance efforts under privacy and data protection laws, regulations, and policies under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Prior to beginning her private practice, Lynnyetta clerked for the Hon. Victoria A. Roberts of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and externed for both the Hon. Steven C. González of the Washington State Supreme Court and the Hon. Madeline H. Haikala of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
During her tenure at the University of Washington Law School, Lynnyetta held multiple leadership positions in student associations, including the Black Law Students Association, Student Bar Association, Parents Attending Law School, Education Law and Policy Society, and Women's Law Caucus.
