John Schoppert
John Schoppert counsels clients on matters involving intellectual property (IP) and technology transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and data privacy and security.
He advises clients, including large public and private companies and private equity firms, on IP and information technology issues affecting their business goals.
John has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of service agreements, IP licenses, and terms of use, as well as revising privacy policies, updating data processing agreements and data transfer addenda, and drafting acceptable use policies.
As a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, John holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification.
