John Hardin is a veteran trial lawyer representing clients in complex commercial disputes. He has extensive experience with issues ranging from contractual disputes to product liability, as well as a variety of other business challenges.
John's pragmatic approach allows him to handle disputes across industries and markets, including automotive, energy, fintech, healthcare, insurance recovery, oil and gas, and real estate and land use. His practice is national in scope and includes administrative, arbitration, and traditional courtroom settings. He also serves as the Commercial Litigation lead for the Dallas and Austin offices and is the former hiring partner and liaison to the firm's Pro Bono Committee for the Dallas office.
