Fiona has advised private companies and VC funds in hundreds of transactions, including financing and private equity transactions, debt financings, complex restructurings, and spin-off transactions. Her emerging company clients include Box, Inc., CoreOS, Hound Technology, R-Zero Systems, Trulia, and Intrinsic Innovations. She also has a robust mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice, advising private companies on the sell-side and serial public and private company acquirors.
Fiona is nationally recognized by Chambers as a leading lawyer in startups, venture capital, and emerging companies, and by the Legal 500 for her M&A skills.
