Eric Diiulio
Eric counsels clients on privacy issues with an emphasis on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Eric Diiulio also has substantial experience with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and biometric information privacy laws.
Eric regularly drafts privacy policies, drafts and negotiates data processing addenda, comments on user experience flows, advises on responding to data subject requests, and helps clients design privacy compliance programs. He also performs and helps clients respond to privacy diligence and drafts and negotiates privacy and cybersecurity representations and disclosures relating to financings and mergers in many different sectors.
