Commercial real estate attorney Devin has a diverse practice reflective of the fast-growing Pacific Northwest economy during the past decade.
Devin McComb's primary focus is on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. He works with clients including national and regional building owners, healthcare companies and investors and developers in all varieties of commercial, residential, and agricultural transactions. The industries with which Devin works vary from affordable housing developers in and around the Pacific Northwest to purchasers of healthcare facilities and medical office buildings throughout the country.
Devin has built a substantial leasing practice, in which he represents both landlords and tenants on transactions ranging from hotel development ground leases to single tenant retail or office leases. He drafts and negotiates the full range of lease documents, with an emphasis on getting transactions completed efficiently and on time. Experienced in structuring numerous complex agribusiness deals, and taking into account their unique requirements, Devin has represented various institutional lenders in agribusiness and agricultural loans secured by a variety of assets, including dairies, creameries, water rights, grazing leases, farms, and ranches.
Additionally, Devin has in-depth experience within the retail real estate sector, and he has represented retailers in several bankruptcy acquisitions and regional mall purchases, sales, retail leasing, and financings. Devin also works with a number of breweries, distilleries and cideries, handling an array of real estate matters as well as related supply and other commercial agreements that are critical to his clients' continued success and growth.
