David Daniels represents clients in business disputes involving creditor rights, securities law, and related complex commercial issues. His clients include private equity funds, hedge funds, multilateral development banks, and other financial institutions who need to protect their investment positions through litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
A member of both the New York and District of Columbia bars, David regularly litigates in the New York courts, where he has substantial trial experience.
