Dario Rodriguez counsels emerging and established companies in connection with technology transactions, U.S. and international privacy regulations, data security, and product counseling.
His clients range from startups to large public companies in a variety of industries, including hardware, software, virtual reality, e-commerce, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.
Dario's work experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements covering areas such as software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, software licensing, data licensing, technology outsourcing, and products distribution. Dario also has prepared data protection agreements and consumer-facing terms and policies.
With a particular interest in immigration cases, Dario commits a significant time to pro bono efforts.
