Daniel Graham

  • Litigation Lead, Denver and Boise Offices

Dan litigates cases from start to finish in Colorado and Idaho.

Daniel Graham, the office litigation lead for Denver and Boise, is a true general practitioner with experience in a wide array of cases such as breach of contract, business and partnership disputes, defamation, privacy, construction, employment, business torts, real estate, product liability, and trade secrets.

By virtue of being a soup-to-nuts litigator, Dan also excels at counseling clients about litigation risk and strategies for resolving disputes.

Through his engagement with professional organizations and the legal community, Dan has had the opportunity to serve on various panels and committees, including the Colorado Supreme Court's Character and Fitness Committee and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado's Standing Committee on Pro Se Litigation.

Dan also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in various matters, including immigration and family law.
