Bradley Dlatt
Bradley assists business, nonprofit, and individual insurance policyholders across the world with navigating the complex and often adversarial world of coverage, claims, and disputes.
Bradley Dlatt has contributed to well over $100 million in insurance claim settlements and litigated judgments in connection with matters ranging from catastrophic property losses and complex data privacy claims to bet-the-company litigation. He regularly counsels insureds on complex insurance coverage matters, including analyzing insurance policies and assisting with policy placements, negotiations, and renewals.
Between his dispute resolution and insurance counseling practices, Bradley has experience with every major line of property, casualty, and specialty insurance. These include commercial property and business interruption, representations and warranties (RWI), cyber liability, commercial general liability (CGL), general liability umbrella and excess, directors and officers (D&O), employment practices liability (EPLI), professional liability (E&O), owner-controlled and contractor-controlled insurance programs (OCIPs and CCIPs), subcontractor default insurance (SDI), and fidelity bonds.
