Andy assists technology clients with a breadth of intellectual property (IP) matters.
Andrew Pettit’s IP practice emphasizes patent and trademark procurement; strategic analysis, including infringement analysis; enforcement analysis and portfolio valuation; and counseling. He drafts and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications, conducts disclosure meetings, and analyzes portfolios as due diligence for corporate transactions.
Andy’s clients range from multinational corporations to individual entrepreneurs and startups. A co-founder of a startup that develops location-aware orthopedic devices, Andy not only offers clients an insider’s perspective but also provides counsel to clients developing their IP strategies.
