A key member of the firm’s Litigation practice, Aaron Goldstein represents companies in class actions and complex litigation in state and federal courts. He has a particular focus on consumer protection, products liability, and privacy and data security matters.
Aaron defends clients against claims involving alleged improper consumer charges, defective products, credit reporting and debt collection violations, and data security and privacy breaches. He also represents companies in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings before state and federal agencies.
