SEATTLE, Wash. (February 19, 2015) - Perkins Coie attorneys represented Zillow, Inc., which operates the leading real estate and home-related information marketplaces on mobile and the Web, in the close of its previously announced acquisition of Trulia, Inc., a provider of mobile and web products for homebuyers, sellers and renters, for $2.5 billion in a stock-for-stock transaction. The new company, Zillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:Z), houses a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant U.S. real estate and home-related brands on mobile and the Web.
