SEATTLE, Wash. - (March 13, 2014)  Perkins Coie represented client Outerwall Inc. (Nasdaq: OUTR), the company behind Redbox ®, Coinstar ® and ecoATM ® kiosks, in its purchase of $370 million of the company's common stock through a modified “Dutch auction” tender offer.
