PALO ALTO (May 16, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised GoodShip, the all-in-one platform for freight network orchestration and procurement, in an $8 million Series A funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing its total funding to $15.4 million. The round included new participation from 53 Stations, Andrew Silver, and Nichole Wischoff with continued investment from Ironspring Ventures, Chicago Ventures, FUSE VC, and Cercano Management. GoodShip aims to provide shippers with transparency into their freight data and insights into the operations of their procurement ecosystems. The Series A funding will allow GoodShip to support a growing roster of customers that includes many of the nation’s largest shippers, as well as expand their team and accelerate feature development.
