BTI’s rankings are based on interviews with over 300 corporate legal departments on a range of client service issues, including a commitment to help, understanding a client’s business, and legal skills.

Perkins Coie rose by 62 places in the 2024 "Client Service A-Team" survey from the prior year, marking its highest ranking to date in BTI’s independent report that assesses the client service performance of over 200 law firms on 17 objective ranking factors.
