LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 12, 2018) - Perkins Coie represented InfoSonics Corporation (NASDAQ: IFON), a manufacturer and provider of wireless handsets, tablets and related products to carriers, distributors and retailers, in the completion of its merger transaction with Cooltech Holding Corp., an Apple licensed partner and reseller that operates as a vertically integrated company combining a diverse distribution business with a growing retail footprint under its OneClick branded stores. The transaction was originally announced on July 26, 2017.
