LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 31, 2016) - Perkins Coie represented British Columbia, Canada based developer Bonnis Properties, through its subsidiary Bonnis Properties Cal LP, in its recent $52.5 million acquisition of a Los Angeles office building and related financing transaction. Located at the corner of West 7th Street and Hill Street in downtown Los Angeles, the vacant 17-story office building will be redeveloped by Bonnis Properties.
