PHOENIX (April 8, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that its Phoenix office will relocate on April 8 to the Esplanade II complex, a state-of-the-art class A+ office building, following the signing of a multiyear lease in 2023. The office’s more than 145 lawyers and business professionals will work and collaborate from the fifth floor and part of the fourth floor of the complex, located at 2525 East Camelback Road.

“With top-of-the-line amenities and a variety of modern workspaces, we’re excited about our new office’s potential to promote creativity and productivity while also deepening our relationships with colleagues and clients through in-person collaboration,” said Todd Kerr, Perkins Coie’s Phoenix office managing partner. “It’s a highly functional and client-centric space with a great location that’s well suited to our needs.”

The new office space features conference and event areas with the latest digital features as well as a meditation and wellness room, a mother’s working office, and a mother’s room. It also benefits from outdoor collaborative and event space.

Reflecting Perkins Coie’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, the new office will display an extensive art collection from the former Suzanne Brown Gallery in Scottsdale, which showcased the rich cultural tapestry of Arizona and honors the Native American influence in the region.
