Perkins Coie attorneys Schuyler Carroll, John Penn and Tina Moss were quoted in the Law360 article, "Ciber Creditors' Bid To Sue Brass Must Wait, Judge Says," as counsel to Ciber Inc.'s unsecured creditors committee.
The affected company executives are also slated to receive liability releases in Ciber’s Chapter 11 plan, but the committee says the document lacks clarity about exactly what is being released and that it wants to get the ball rolling on claims to have a better picture at the confirmation hearing.
“Without that, we’re proceeding in a vacuum,” committee attorney Schuyler G. Carroll of Perkins Coie LLP told Judge Shannon.
