Karl Worsham was quoted in “9th Circ. Faults Credibility Finding for Asylum-Seeker,” an article in Law360,* regarding the asylum of Oleh Kuraiev.

Perkin Coie's Karl Worsham, Kuraiev's attorney, told Law360 on Tuesday that he was excited about the ruling.

"We knew going in that asylum cases that turn on credibility are often long shots. So, we're grateful the court ruled in Mr. Kuraiev's favor and did so quickly," he said in a statement.
