J Cabou testified on March 24, 2016 before the Arizona House Committee on Government and Higher Education in support of a bill with wide bi-partisan support to overhaul Arizona’s civil asset forfeiture laws. The testimony is part of J’s ongoing work with the national ACLU Criminal Law Reform Project and the ACLU of Arizona to bring needed reforms to Arizona’s worst-in-the-nation forfeiture laws.
