Represented affiliates of HRI Hospitality (a hospitality-focused spinoff from HRI Properties) in the ground lease of a parcel of land in downtown Nashville, Tennessee for the ground-up development of a new Tempo by Hilton hotel. The representation included senior and junior construction loan financing, joint venture structuring, and franchise, construction, and hotel management negotiations. This is the second downtown Nashville project for HRI; the first being the 2016 acquisition and financing of a historic apartment building in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, which reopened in 2018 as the Holston House Nashville, an Unbound Collection hotel by Hyatt.
