Monique Wirrick
Monique represents companies in both federal and state courts across the United States and defends clients in cases involving construction and aviation accidents.
An engineer for a large aircraft manufacturer prior to becoming an attorney, Monique Wirrick draws on her technical background to defend manufacturers of complex products ranging from aerial work platforms and other industrial products to helicopter engine components to consumer products.
Monique consults with manufacturers in pre-litigation accident investigations and non-litigation product-related issues, including new product designs, product warnings and product safety issues, and has acted as national coordinating counsel for a large manufacturer of industrial products. She also has experience in defending product sellers in product liability litigations. Clients rely on Monique to use her keen ability to understand complex engineering issues in combination with her in depth knowledge of how products work and her deep understanding of the law to develop effective legal solutions and litigation strategies that support their defense of product liability lawsuits.
