Mohamed Elfarra
Mohamed Elfarra is an associate in the Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice, which concentrates on structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide variety of arrangements to acquire, develop, protect, and distribute technologies, both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Mohamed was an associate at White & Case, where he worked on a variety of commercial transactional matters involving project finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, with a focus on representing lenders, borrowers, and project sponsors on the development and financing of complex energy and infrastructure projects. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and served as president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and co-chair of the Law Student Association Diversity Committee.
