Huijie Shao
Huijie is an associate in the Perkins Coie Beijing office.
She focuses her practice on corporate and regulatory matters, including foreign investment, labor and employment issues, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy/security compliance, e-commerce, and other business consulting matters. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, and assisting in contract negotiations.
Huijie also counsels clients on international trade issues including U.S.-China trade dispute matters.
Huijie has advised clients ranging from start-up companies, private and public companies to private equity firms, on high technology, biotechnology, aviation, blockchain, and cryptocurrency issues.
