Daniel Graham

Dan helps clients solve problems and resolve disputes to run their businesses effectively.

Daniel Graham focuses his practice on business litigation and employment litigation in Colorado and Idaho.

Dan helps clients achieve favorable results in various cases, including breach of contract, partnership and employee disputes, tort claims, real estate claims, and trade secret claims. In addition, Dan routinely counsels clients on litigation risk management and alternatives to litigation so that his clients can achieve optimal outcomes in their disputes.

Through his engagement with professional organizations and the legal community, Dan has had the opportunity to serve as an appointee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado's Standing Committee on Pro Se Litigation as well as its Pro Se Litigation Task Force. In addition, Dan was recently appointed to serve on the Colorado Supreme Court's Character and Fitness Committee.

Dan also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in various matters, including immigration and family law. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado's Civil Pro Bono Panel, a program that increases access to justice by making attorneys available to pro se litigants.

Dan’s recent experience in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration, includes:

  • Won dismissal of claims filed by former employee, on behalf of construction industry client.
  • Recovered full investment amount and attorney’s fees, on behalf of individual client.
  • Negotiated favorable resolution of post-employment obligation claims, on behalf of aerospace client.
  • Negotiated favorable resolution of contract claims, on behalf of outdoor industry client.
  • Won dismissal of claims related to COVID-19 filed by former employee, on behalf of large distribution company.
