SEATTLE (September 21, 2021)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce it has been ranked highly by Great Place to Work® and Fortune as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Women™. The firm ranked at 24 on Fortune's list, as one of America's leading workplaces for women.
"We are honored to be recognized by Fortune for our commitment to supporting equity and advancement for all our women attorneys and professional staff," said Genhi Givings Bailey, Perkins Coie's chief diversity & inclusion officer. "This past year has been especially challenging for women, people of color, and other diverse groups, and we are deeply engaged in the work that continues to improve on our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals."

Factors considered in the rankings include a variety of topics, from what women report about their workplace and how fairly those reports compare to their male co-worker's responses, company values, and effectiveness of leadership.
