Tim has been a litigator for more than 30 years, counseling technology companies in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes.
Tim Franks has represented technology companies in a wide variety of matters involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, licensing disputes, and consumer actions.
Tim now focuses his practice on the pro bono representation of asylum applicants, particularly those fleeing persecution suffered in the Horn of Africa.
