Steve Ducommun provides guidance on formation issues, research and development arrangements (biotech, life sciences, and ag), and commercial matters, including technology commercialization, licensing, manufacturing, and distribution. Steve works with companies in a range of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, food and procurement (rep cooperatives), cleantech, pharmaceutical, medical devices, agtech and agribusiness, and tech.
Steve represents companies in acquisitions and sales, serving as primary outside counsel to mature companies, as well as to early-and growth-stage companies in the healthcare, life sciences, and cleantech industries.
