

Mala D. Clancey
Mala assists clients with matters pertaining to real estate and real estate finance in both the local and national markets.
Mala Clancey’s clients include large landowners, real estate developers and investors, renewable energy companies, commercial lenders and borrowers, and landlords and tenants of retail and office space. She represents clients in all aspects of sales and acquisitions of vacant and developed property, including retail centers, office buildings, condominium projects, development of vacant land, leasing from both the landlord and tenant sides, and real estate-secured financing from both the borrower and lender sides.
Mala also represents renewable energy companies with respect to site control, including acquisitions and ground leases and due diligence for large-scale, commercial solar and wind projects; tech companies in acquisitions of data center sites; and an electric vehicle (EV) charging company in the acquisition and leasing of EV charging station sites. Mala’s extensive experience allows her to advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and consummating complex real estate and loan transactions.
