Defense verdict in case involving wrongful death and brain injury claims arising from an aircraft crash allegedly caused by wake turbulence from a military aircraft.

In re Comair Flight 5191

Summary judgment for Jeppesen for all claims arising from crash of Comair Flight 5191 in Lexington, Kentucky.

British Airways Plc v. ASI, et al.

Summary judgment for manufacturer in Colorado; indemnity claim arising from product fire and wrongful death.

Corbitt v. EAA, et al.

Hired to handle appeal after plaintiffs' verdict in excess of $9.0 million; all claims dismissed and judgment entered for client on appeal.

Himsel v. Raytheon

Summary judgment for aircraft manufacturer after plaintiffs’ experts excluded under Daubert.  Case involved multiple death claims from the crash of an Alaska Air National Guard aircraft.
