Joe is an experienced trial lawyer who has served as lead counsel in many trials and arbitrations, as well as on matters that were successfully resolved before trial.

Joe Mais represents clients on matters involving securities, intellectual property, and consumer actions as well as contract, business tort, and real estate litigation.

For more than 20 years, Joe served in law firm leadership roles while maintaining an active litigation practice. He is a speaker and lecturer on numerous topics including class actions, securities litigation, managing complex litigation, complex tort litigation, economic damages, law firm management, and professional excellence.

Joe is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and ranked by Chambers USA as a leading litigator in Arizona. He is described as a "top-flight litigator much admired for the 'clarity of his thinking.'"
