She advises on domestic and international trademark and brand strategy, clearance, selection, prosecution, registration, protection, enforcement, and licensing. She also handles copyright protection, registration, licensing, and enforcement. Grace conducts comprehensive due diligence reviews of intellectual property (IP) as part of major corporate transactions, such as financing, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Grace is named a leading trademark lawyer both nationally and in Washington state in the World Trademark Review’s WTR 1000 rankings.
A regular speaker on trademark and other IP topics, Grace has appeared as a legal analyst for MSNBC.
