Greg Mackay advises clients on intellectual property licensing and ownership issues, technology transfer, research, development and commercialization of technology, product distribution, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and emerging company issues. Greg also counsels clients on all phases of the technology procurement process.
Greg has extensive experience counseling clients on issues involving artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as privacy and data security, particularly in the context of technology use, licensing, and commercialization. He also assists clients in utility franchise and joint facility use matters. Greg often represents clients in the computer, internet, e-commerce, and energy industries.
