Howard Cabot is a retired partner. During his many years of practice, Howard has been recognized nationally as a leading courtroom lawyer in complex and sophisticated litigation, including antitrust, securities, intellectual property, mass tort/product liability and class actions. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he has broad-based experience in state and federal court matters, as well as emergency injunctions, jury and non-jury trials, and appeals.
Howard currently teaches trial advocacy, evidence and professionalism as an Adjunct Professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, Arizona State University, and is often asked to speak on a variety of topics, ranging from leadership to ethics to protecting human rights
