Andrew Moore assists corporate clients with public offerings, corporate finance, securities regulation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He regularly advises public companies on best corporate governance practices, disclosure matters, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission compliance. Andrew has particular experience with securities offerings, including initial and follow-on public offerings and shelf offerings of both debt and equity securities. Andrew’s clients include such industry leaders as Adobe, Avalara, Boise Cascade, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Idaho Power Company, Microsoft Corporation, OfferUp, Porch Group, Inc., Puget Sound Energy, Weyerhaeuser Company, and Zillow, Inc.
Andrew also has extensive M&A experience, advising on numerous transactions for clients across a range of industries, including representing Microsoft Corporation in numerous deals over more than a decade, and Costco in its $1 billion acquisition of logistics company Innovel Solutions.
An authority in the industry, Andrew is a co-author of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives and The Initial Public Offering Handbook: A Guide for Entrepreneurs, Executives, Directors and Private Investors.
