Danielle Githens has 25 years of experience counseling clients on a wide spectrum of financial transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, revolving and term loan facilities, letters of credit, and real estate loans for the acquisition, development, construction, and term financing of all types of properties. She is well-versed in representing financial institutions in connection with loan originations, renewals, and modifications. Danielle's borrower clients include individuals, emerging companies, family-owned businesses, nonprofits, and public companies. She also has extensive experience representing Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) special servicers on a national basis with respect to loan modifications, assumptions, forbearances, discounted payoffs, judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, receivership appointments, and guarantor actions.
