David Dedyo advises clients on the full scope of corporate and transactional matters. He regularly counsels public and private companies, banks and nonbank lenders, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other market participants in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt financings. David works with a wide range of structures, including syndicated credit facilities, venture debt, second lien and subordinated loans, asset-based loans, convertible loans, project financings, and acquisition financings. These cover a broad range of collateral types, including technology.
David also supports strategic and financial buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions, particularly the middle market, and represents issuers and investors in both private and public equity financings.
In addition to his transactional work, David counsels clients on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and general corporate governance matters.
